With over a decade in the industry he brings their unique brand to life at their restaurants by providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere and stylish surroundings to dine in. When he’s not at the restaurant you can find him zipping around town in his fancy cars!

The T in G&T’s is Tracy, she and the  chefs run a tight ship in the busy kitchen. With over a decade in the industry she brings her exquisite taste and creativity to building mouth watering menus that stand out from the crowd. When she’s not in the kitchen you’ll find her at the salon being pampered or relaxing with a pink gin cocktail!
